The Impossible is Totally Possible [Audio]
When it comes to our Creator God, nothing is impossible. He created everything, and He can make changes as needed. But the key is that we much participate, by believing Him and following His direction. Do you need a miracle? Remember your creator!
On this podcast, you’ll discover:
- Nothing is impossible to the One that Created the universe.
- God is more awesome that you can possibly imagine.
- He is the God who is “more than enough.”
- One day the sun and moon stood still.
- The greatest miracle of all.
- How to receive your miracle.
THE IMPOSSIBLE IS ENTIRELY POSSIBLE
“Ah Lord GOD! behold, thou hast made the heaven and the earth by thy great power and stretched out arm, and there is nothing too hard for thee:” Jeremiah 32:17, KJV.
Main Thought: The God who created the universe can show Himself strong and fix your problem. He just needs some cooperation from you.
“Remember now thy Creator in the days of thy youth…” Ecclesiastes 12:1, KJV.
“And when Abram was ninety years old and nine, the LORD appeared to Abram, and said unto him, I am the Almighty God; walk before me, and be thou perfect.” Genesis 17:1, KJV. (El Shaddai, more than enough, like having a 400 hp motor in your sports car)
“Give thanks unto the LORD, call upon his name, make known his deeds among the people. Sing unto him, sing psalms unto him, talk ye of all his wondrous works.” 1 Chronicles 16:8, 9, KJV. “Remember his marvellous works that he hath done, his wonders, and the judgments of his mouth;” 1 Chronicles 16:12, KJV. “Declare his glory among the heathen; his marvellous works among all nations.” 1 Chronicles 16:24, KJV.
THE AWESOME CREATIVE POWER OF GOD
“(As it is written, I have made thee a father of many nations,) before him whom he believed, even God, who quickeneth the dead, and calleth those things which be not as though they were.” Romans 4:17, KJV.
“O Zion, that bringest good tidings, get thee up into the high mountain; O Jerusalem, that bringest good tidings, lift up thy voice with strength; lift it up, be not afraid; say unto the cities of Judah, Behold your God! Behold, the Lord GOD will come with strong hand, and his arm shall rule for him: behold, his reward is with him, and his work before him. He shall feed his flock like a shepherd: he shall gather the lambs with his arm, and carry them in his bosom, and shall gently lead those that are with young. Who hath measured the waters in the hollow of his hand, and meted out heaven with the span, and comprehended the dust of the earth in a measure, and weighed the mountains in scales, and the hills in a balance?” Isaiah 40:9-12, KJV.
“Behold, the nations are as a drop of a bucket, and are counted as the small dust of the balance: behold, he taketh up the isles as a very little thing.” Isaiah 40:15, KJV.
“It is he that sitteth upon the circle of the earth, and the inhabitants thereof are as grasshoppers; that stretcheth out the heavens as a curtain, and spreadeth them out as a tent to dwell in:” Isaiah 40:22, KJV.
Universe—92 million light years across.
“Hast thou not known? hast thou not heard, that the everlasting God, the LORD, the Creator of the ends of the earth, fainteth not, neither is weary? there is no searching of his understanding. He giveth power to the faint; and to them that have no might he increaseth strength. Even the youths shall faint and be weary, and the young men shall utterly fall: But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.” Isaiah 40:28-31, KJV.
THE DAY THE SUN AND MOON STAYED STILL
Miracles—and interruption of the normal course of nature.
“Then spake Joshua to the LORD in the day when the LORD delivered up the Amorites before the children of Israel, and he said in the sight of Israel, Sun, stand thou still upon Gibeon; and thou, Moon, in the valley of Ajalon. And the sun stood still, and the moon stayed, until the people had avenged themselves upon their enemies. Is not this written in the book of Jasher? So the sun stood still in the midst of heaven, and hasted not to go down about a whole day.” Joshua 10:12, 13, KJV.
“Who being the brightness of his glory, and the express image of his person, and upholding all things by the word of his power, when he had by himself purged our sins, sat down on the right hand of the Majesty on high;” Hebrews 1:3, KJV.
THE GREATEST MIRACLE OF ALL
“Create in me a clean heart, O God; and renew a right spirit within me.” Psalms 51:10, KJV.
“Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.” 2 Corinthians 5:17, KJV.
“Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again.” John 3:7, KJV.
It’s not a metaphor, it’s a spiritual reality. This is not getting religion, turning over a new leaf, you literally become a new person on the inside.
“For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.” Ephesians 2:10, KJV.
“A new heart also will I give you, and a new spirit will I put within you: and I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you an heart of flesh.” Ezekiel 36:26, KJV.
God says to Tom, “I give you a new life, free from the bonds of iniquity.” It’s not only the forgiveness of sins. It’s deliverance from the power of sin.
MIRACLES REQUIRE THE COOPERATION OF MAN
Miracles occurred in the Bible with the cooperation, by faith, speaking, and obeying.(hear it, see it, say it, do it)
“And the man of God said, Where fell it? And he shewed him the place. And he cut down a stick, and cast it in thither; and the iron did swim.” 2 Kings 6:6, KJV.
- Moses stretched out his hand and split the Red Sea
- Israel compassed Jericho for 7 days and the walls of Jericho
- Isaiah prophesies that the sun dial would go backward 10 degrees
- Elisha threw a stick in the water and an axe head floated. 2 Kings 6:6
- Elijah and Elisha raise children from the dead.
- Naaman dipped in the river Jordan 7 times and was healed of leprosy.
- Mary said “Be it unto me according to thy Word” and received the Christ child.
- The woman with the issue of blood touched the hem of Jesus’ garment and was healed.
- Jesus broke the 5 loaves and 2 fish and fed the 5000
It’s the same today. Miracles occur when we say or do something in obedience to God’s Word.
- We answer an altar call and make Jesus Lord of our lives and we are saved.
- We lay hands on the sick and they recover.
- We speak a word of faith and the mountain moves.
- We open God’s prompting and doors are opened.

“Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us,” Ephesians 3:20, KJV.
Conclusion: So, take God at His Word. In fact, just start living your life exactly like His Word is true. That is the reaction He is looking for from you. He wants you to be a believing believer and to speak and act upon His word. You can do that, because God created you to do that. You have that capacity—the capacity to believe, the capacity to speak in faith, and act in faith.
