2018 a Great Year of Advancement for the Kingdom of God

Dear Partner,

Thank you for your investment in the Kingdom of God through Tom Shanklin Ministries in 2018. It was a year of great progress for our mission “to unite with the whole Body of Christ to reach the whole world with the whole Gospel of Jesus Christ.” We give God all the glory! With your help, much has been accomplished!

Here are some of the highlights from 2018:

• Preached the Gospel in Benin, West Africa and held an open air festival, an evangelism conference, another conference for evangelists, and donated portable PA systems to help national evangelists to reach their nation for Jesus.

• In England, we ministered in churches, ministered among the Roma Gypsy people, spoke in an International Gospel Organization conference, and traveled to Wales to make contacts for future ministry.

• Teamed up with Gentle Shepherd Ministries of Mankato to purchase a handicapped van for a senior ministry couple who were in need of transportation.

• Donated $5,430 to other evangelistic or missions organizations to further the Gospel in the United States, England, Europe, India, Nepal, Africa and many other nations.

• Our book on evangelism, “You Can Touch the World,” was translated into Urdu, one of the major languages of Pakistan, and 1,000 books were printed, which were distributed in that nation.

• We ministered to many Christian believers, non-believers, pastors, and other Gospel ministers through our website, emails, and other online ministry.

• Ministered one-on-one to pastors, believers and non-Christians on the phone,  in person, and in hospital visits.

• Participated in local evangelistic outreaches in our hometown of Mankato, Minnesota.

• Produced a new CD, “Peace Scriptures and Prayers,” which is available at our meetings, on our website, and through other online venues, such as Amazon.com and iTunes.

• Provided leadership and spoke regularly at For His Glory Church in Spring Grove, Minnesota, a local church which operates under our ministry.

• Tom spoke at a tent revival in Pelican Rapids, Minnesota, and a men’s conference in Hendricks, Minnesota.

• Susan spoke at a women’s meeting at a church in Glenfield, North Dakota and twice at the Vines Adult Recreation Center in Mankato. 

• We held our first Harvest Evangelism Conference in Mankato, Minnesota. 

• Ministered in local churches in Minnesota, North Dakota and Iowa.

• Held healing services and saw many people healed and restored in Mankato, Minneapolis, Gary, and Pelican Rapids, Minnesota. 

• Taught on evangelism at the Kingsway Fellowship Annual Ministers Conference in Des Moines, Iowa.

• Held our Believers School of Ministry in Mankato and in Hyderabad, India via Skype.

• Held a weekend Believers School of Ministry at Baudette, Minnesota.

• Raised funds and prepared for our mission to Benin in January 2019 and for the translation and printing of “You Can Touch the World” into French, the language of Benin.

Susan and I are so very thankful for your partnership! As a result, many have made decisions for the Lord, and many have been ignited for service.
