Susan and I are so very thankful for your prayers, encouragement and support for this ministry. We know God’s power is released as we pray for each other. You are never far from our thoughts and prayers.

Early in September, I had a great time showcasing our ministry at the Campus and Community Fair at the Minnesota State University hear in Mankato, which has over 15,000 students. I was able to share the Gospel, make a number of contacts, mostly with international students, and also with some other local vendors and organizations which were at the event. Several students expressed interest our upcoming Believers School of Ministry we are planning in Mankato.

The next time of great ministry was in the northern part of Minnesota at Twin Valley, where churches came together for an outdoor Festival of Hope. I released hope in these messages—“Give Your Life to Jesus,” “The History of the Holy Spirit,” and “Healing is the Children’s Bread.”

Mid-month, we reached out to our community through a Healing Service drawing those from not only our town but areas surrounding Mankato, too! The turnout was encouraging! Heaven rejoiced with us during praise and worship. I shared “Four Truths Concerning Divine Healing” from Matthew 8:1-17.

God wants to heal you.

God heals through his Word.

God heals through the anointing.

All healing is based on Jesus’ work on the cross.

We prayed for many needs and believe our God is well able to affirm and confirm His Word to heal and restore bodies and souls.

The next weekend I was again up north, this time in Tolna, North Dakota with Pastor Jeff and Karol Kapelle at New Life Fellowship. People were encouraged by a message from Mark 11:23 called “You Will Have Whatever You Say” In the evening we had  a warm, joyous house meeting at Devils Lake, North Dakota.

One of my personal favorite times this month was when I was ministering at one of the many nursing homes here in Mankato, Oaklawn Health Care Center. Can anyone say, “REVIVAL SPIRIT?” Wow! Mix hungry hearts, old time Gospel music, joy and gusto you can have revival, regardless of age! I spoke from Galatians 4:4-7 about how the Holy Spirit lets us know that we are children of God. I told them that they could have that witness in their hearts that their sins were forgiven and that they would spend eternity with the Lord.  At least eight people raised their hands and prayed to receive that assurance, confessing Jesus as Lord and Savior. Hallelujah! Nursing homes are where the action is!

As the month of September wound down, God wasn’t done! Susan and I drove out to the western part of Minnesota for Susan’s Women’s Conference sponsored by Faith Family Christian Center in Hendricks. Susan encouraged the ladies in their God-given femininity in the first session, “I am a Woman” and she spoke to them about their position of leadership and influence in their homes, churches and communities with “I am a Leader” in the second session. Susan was jumping for joy mid-session when she gave a call to receive Jesus Christ as Lord and a young mother said, “Yes!” It was a great joy for all to witness this tender moment when this young mom’s name was written in the Book of Life.

The next day, Sunday, I ministered to the saints at Faith Family Christian Center in Hendricks, Minnesota, where I found that the two people I had prayed for in August for heart issues continued to show obvious improvement in their health! God is so GOOD!

Even though September is in the books and October is looking full and glorious, we covet your prayers for our missions trip to India in November. Let the Holy Spirit guide you how to pray for this mission. We are trusting that every need will be met and that our steps will be ordered and coordinated with our partners in Asia for huge harvest for the kingdom of God.

For now, dear friends, we hope that you can join us for Missions Night on October 15 here in Mankato as we look forward to the future, being yoke fellows with you and the Lord to spread the Good News here in the United States and the whole world! To God be the glory. Amen
