Hearing God’s Voice in Turbulent Times [Audio & Video]
Elijah was a man who did exploits for the Lord, but when Queen Jezebel threatened him, he ran for his life. He had to travel forty days to the mountain of God where he heard God speak in a still small voice. Likewise, we find in hard to hear from God in turbulent times. We must get away from all the distractions, quiet our soul and listen. Then we can find the peace and direction we need. Enjoy!
“He said, “Go and stand on the mountain before the LORD.” And, behold, the LORD passed by, and a great and strong wind split the mountains and broke in pieces the rocks before the LORD, but the LORD was not in the wind. And after the wind, an earthquake came, but the LORD was not in the earthquake. And after the earthquake, a fire came, but the LORD was not in the fire, and after the fire, a still, small voice.” (1Kings 19:11-12, MEV)
