Now that the government is increasing their role in health care, I’m sure we will be all looking more diligently for healing from the Lord.

I expect that the healing ministry will increase in these days. However, it will take an increase of the level of our vital spiritual connection with the Lord, both on the part of the ministers and the people, if we expect to see the great miracles of the Bible once again.

Last weekend, I was with Pastors Bob and Joan Archiquette at River of God Church in Crystal Falls, Michigan. I ministered on the subject “Healing is the Children’s Bread” from Luke 13, where the woman was bowed over for 18 years and could not lift herself up.

Many people today are bowed over, as well, with sickness and disease, with addictions, and with spiritual and emotional bondages. Jesus can and will set them free. I emphasized healing for the total man—spirit, soul and body, calling the people to turn to the Lord and make a divine connection with the Great Physician.

Thankfully, two men prayed for healing and restoration in their relationship with God. Many others came forward for prayer for emotional and physical needs. People were touched by God in His presence.

This weekend we’ll be holding healing services in Gary, Minnesota. The meetings will be held at Good News Fellowship. Three local churches are cooperating.

Pray for the healing ministry. It’s God’s dinner bell for the Gospel, and I expect that it will become more prominent in these last days.
