Susan and I want to wish you a very bright and happy New Year! May it be the best year ever for you, your family, and your ministry!

As we enter into 2019, let us all make it our great quest to walk in the love of God. 

The scripture says, “Therefore, if any man is in Christ, he is a new creature. Old things have passed away. Look, all things have become new.” (2 Corinthians 5:17, MEV). When you are born again, you are made new. You have the nature of God … and His nature is love. 

Walking in love requires discipline. The flesh doesn’t want to walk in love, but fruit of the Spirit is love.

The enemy will do everything he can to sabotage your love walk. He will endeavor to draw you into squabbles that will keep you from the love of God and sap you of the power of God. But always remember, “Love never fails!” So if you want to succeed in 2019, walk in love.

When you walk in love,you are not occupied with yourself. You care for the needs of others. 

When you walk in love,you are like Jesus, who laid down his life not only for his friends, but also for his enemies. 

When you walk in love,you have compassion for those who are away from the Father, and you do all you can to help them come home to Him.

When you walk in love,you care about the needs of others, even if you disagree with them. Instead of fighting over trivial matters, you will crush the enemy through the power of God’s love. Walking in love is the highest form of spiritual warfare, because it is totally contrary to the kingdom of darkness. Love brings confusion into the enemy’s camp.

When you walk in love,you walk in God, and you provide light for a dark world. God is looking for His love to be reproduced in His people. When this happens, people will see Jesus, and world revival will come. 

Let’s make 2019 the year of God’s love!
